Good Tuesday to all of you! Hope you got enough sleep after staying up to watch the College Championship Game last night, where my Ohio State team won. I will admit, I was unable to even watch one play last night due to not being up to par. But, it sure was good to wake up this morning and see that they won. Hopefully, they will be showing a replay of the game.
Okay, enough of that. To stay with the cream cocktail, here is another I think you will enjoy. If you like peanut butter cup candy, this will be right up your alley. A very smooth chocolate/hazelnut combination, enhanced with vodka to kick it up a notch in regards to liquor content. Be very careful while drinking these. They will go down very easily.
Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz. Frangelico
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass by pouring in the first three ingredients to measure. Top off with cream. Stir and serve.
