Drink of the Day: Seelbach Cocktail

July 23, 2014 | By | Add a Comment

Nothing like a champagne cocktail for hump day.  Here’s one for all you bourbon lovers out there who want a little more with their favorite spirit.  The bubbly gives you a little boost, but you may want to take your time drinking it.  This is having three drinks in one.  The carbonation will accelerate the buzz, so be sure to be where you will be for a while enjoying one of these.  Hand the keys over.  This one will surely get you where you want to go and rather quickly.

The one thing that really gives this cocktail my thumbs up is the finishing touch of a twist of lemon rubbed on the rim of the glass.  The aroma you will get before even tasting it is a great beginning to a complete cocktail.  Hope you enjoy your Wednesday.  Cheers!
