Drink of the Day: Airmail Cocktail

August 31, 2015 | By | Add a Comment

Monday is here!  Back to the daily grind for most of us.  Particularly those of us that know that this Monday is the last day of the month, which means…INVENTORY!  A double whammy today: Monday and Inventory.  I need something soothing to finish this day off on the right note.  I think I may have something.

This is a great Champagne cocktail; one that will take the bite out of the day.  If the bubbly isn’t enough, a little white rum with some other ingredients is just what the doctor ordered.  So, once I get off work today, it is time to pop the cork and pour myself something that will give me a good night’s sleep.  Not before enjoying a couple of these, however.

Hope your week starts off on the right note.  Enjoy your day and look forward to September!  Cheers!
