Drink of the Day: Springtime Cooler

Happy April Fool’s Day, everyone!

After many months of personal reevaluation, I am now ready to get this going again.  This break ended up being much longer than anticipated.  Now that I am getting my life back into full gear again, it is now time to share some daily drinks with those of you who have waited.  And for those of you who have, my sincerest apologies for the absence.  I will do my best to stay true to you and give you my daily thoughts and libations.  Now, let’s get on with it, shall we?

This cocktail is perfect for those who like a sweet and refreshing beverage.  A very light and full-flavored concoction that will be sure to stimulate your tastebuds.  The foundation of this is a few ounces of Pink Moscato.  However, if you find this to be too sweet for your liking, any white wine will do.

Have a great first day of April, my friends.  Looking forward to getting reacquainted.  Cheers!
