How can you go wrong with a cocktail that tastes like candy? Pretty scary if you ask me; imbibing on a beverage that reminds you of something you probably had too much of when you were a wee little lad or lass. Just remember, my legally of age friends – You are drinking something that only tastes like this treat you enjoyed in your younger years. This one will take you to the mat quick if you imbibe this like you ate the candy. Not that Creme de Cacao is a high proof or anything. But, you are still drinking alcohol, none the less, and too much of anything can get you loopy in a hurry. Especially when you are hurrying and not paying attention on your consumption. Okay, now I can go on knowing that I have warned you of this….
A very tasty treat! A perfect party enhancer and / or dessert beverage to round out a great meal and even better party. Enjoy responsibly. Cheers!
1 1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice, by first pouring in the Dark Creme de Menthe to measure. Add equal parts of orange juice and light cream to top off. Stir and serve.
