The Star-Spangled Banner is March 3rd Drink of the Day!!

Kind of funny to see our National Anthem being part of a drink of the day, heh? You won’t be thinking that after reading this story.

The musical score that most of us today know as the “Star-Spangled Banner” was originally written as a drinking song in 1780 by John Stafford Smith as the song, “Anacreon in Heaven”.
