The Acapulco is February 24th Drink of the Day!!
I contemplated holding off on introducing this at a later time due to its refreshing characteristics, but figured this would be a great cocktail to forget about the long winter we have been having. Be sure to save this under summertime favorites when the pool opens up, however. This will be one to add to your go-to cocktail list when the warmer months begin to come back.
Primarily a tequila based cocktail, the Acapulco gets a little help with some rum and fresh citrus ingredients. The combination gives you a well-balanced beverage that’s very refreshing. A perfect name for a cocktail that would be a hit while partying on the beach, enjoying the rays and friends. Enjoy!!
