The Barbary Coast is February 13th Drink of the Day!!

Sometimes it takes several ingredients to get what you are looking for. With this cocktail, I think the concept here was to throw everything but the kitchen sink in and see what flavor they came up with. I was pleasantly surprised by the results when I tried this for the first time.

With this, they use everything in the well except vodka and tequila, add a little creme de cacao, and voila….a unique beverage that will entice every tasting pleasure all in one glass.

Barbary Coast

3/4 oz. White Rum

3/4 oz. Gin

3/4 oz. Scotch

3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz. Cream

Method: In a mixing glass with ice, pour in equal parts of all five ingredients. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass.
