Sometimes the best flavored drinks come very easy to make. The nice thing about this one is that with the flavor and looks of it, the preparation you put into it may seem to be much more to your friends. Not cocktail has to have several minutes preparation time to give you a layer of flavors. This is proof of that.

A great combination of pineapple juice and freshly squeezed lemon to bring out the qualities of the coconut rum to give you the flavor, and a a little blue curacao to give you the visual, is all you need to give you a well rounded beverage. You will need something easy after this past party weekend. Enjoy!

Blue Lagoon

1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Splash Blue Curacao

Method: In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, build this by adding the measured amounts of the first two ingredients. Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 lemon, discarding the remnants after doing so. Drizzle blue curacao on top of drink. Serve with a stir stick without stirring.
