Sometimes people try to get too complicated when making cocktails. Yes, I will admit that you can sometimes come up with some very interesting drinks when you experiment and go over the top with your preparations. However, I think we get caught up in that and forget why we are drinking an adult beverage in the first place. You don’t always have to do a lot of preparing to get the flavor you are looking for.

This cocktail is a nice and easy one for you to use when you don’t want to fuss and you will still be satisfied with the flavor. Plus, you probably have the mixes available to you right in your fridge now, so no time will have to be wasted going to the store. Though this does not call for a garnish of any kind, you may want to dress it up with a half wheel of orange speared with a maraschino cherry, then places on the rim of the glass.
