The Coc A Too is February 23rd Drink of the Day!!
Yesterday, we showed you a cocktail using scotch as the primary ingredient. Here is one usng Canadian Whisky. This one has a little more going on, adding the flavor of peach to the mix as well as citrus, to round everything out in one nice cocktail. I am assuming that the name is for the color of the drink, which will pop right out at you once you have stirred it and have it prepared.
Be sure not to get too happy with the peach schnapps, because it can override the other flavors that occur while sipping and enjoying this beverage. Another very simple cocktail for you to enjoy!! Cheers!
