A perfect skier cocktail, giving you the warmth and comfort from the cream, then the peppermint schnapps to give you that refreshing and cool feel with every sip. A spin-off from the Colorado Bulldog, which many of you are familiar with, this replaces the vodka with the schnapps to give you a completely different and unique flavor that will become one of your go-to cream cocktails.
This Drink of the Day isn’t just for the snow enthusiasts. A great dessert cocktail that will compliment many meals, this drink is good any time of the year. A perfect icing-on-the-cake beverage.

Colorado Minty Dog Cocktail
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz. Half and Half
Cola
Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the first three ingredients to measure. Cap and shake a little to blend the ingredients. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, leaving some room for the splash of cola. Add cola and a stir stick.
