Here’s one that is as important for its aroma as it is its flavor, hence the reason for the glass you serve it in. A nice bouquet of herbs and mint are a great combination to the overall beverage. As you know, half of what you taste comes from the aroma of the beverage.

A gin based beverage, this uses a liqueur that hardly comes into play in today’s cocktails: green chartreuse. This will give it the aroma that will take this drink to new levels of enjoyment. Add some lime juice to round it out and you have yourself a nice aperitif to enjoy before you break bread with your family or friends.
