Drink of the Day: The Apple Bee
Here’s one for all of you that like to hide the liquor flavor in their cocktails. Just be sure to remember that it is in there while you are drinking a couple of these, so you don’t guzzle them down too quickly.
This sour apple schnapps / applejack combination is complimented with cranberry juice to give you a nice and refreshing beverage that will go down very easy and will make you forget about the booze until it is too late. Be sure to sip and enjoy every flavor that this drink has to offer so this does not happen. No fork or spoon needed for this after-dinner treat. Just an appetite for some great apple flavor to complete a hearty meal. Enjoy your dessert! Cheers!
1 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps
3/4 oz. Apple Jack
Cranberry Juice
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure. Top off with cranberry juice. Stir and serve.
