Drink of the Day: Keoke Coffee

November 7, 2014 | By | Add a Comment

It’s Friday! Time to get into the weekend mode. This time of year, this calls for one of my favorite cocktails of all time, the Keoke Coffee. This will surely keep you nice and comfortably warm during the cold season.

If you watch the video, you will see how far we have come in the production of these videos in just four years. Adam Kurtz, my videographer, gets better by the day and I look forward to see what’s in store this next season. I should give him more props because of all the things he’s done for me. I very lucky to have him as part of my team. Thanks, Adam!

Talking about giving props, I appreciate you checking out the Drink of the Day. If you ever have any questions for me, contact me and let me know. Hope you have a great weekend. Cheers!

Keoke Coffee

3/4 oz. Brandy

3/4 oz. Kahlua

Coffee

Whipped Cream

Dark Crème de Cacao

Method: Build this in an Irish Coffee mug by first adding the measured amounts of the first two ingredients. Fill the coffee to about a half inch from the top of the glass. Balance two stir sticks on top of the glass, then proceed to place the whipped cream on top of them. This will keep the whipped cream stable. Gently pour dark Creme de Cacao on top of the whipped cream.
