Drink of the Day: Maraca

Monday Monday….(sigh!). Here we go again with another work week. Time to put on your thinking caps and getter done. We all have to go to work to bring home the bacon. And Monday’s are always tough because you know you have five days of work until the weekend is upon us again. One good thing to remember is that most of you will have a three-day weekend coming up next week, it being Labor Day on next Monday and all. So, this is a great time to find some great cocktails to enjoy while having the time off. Look at this week as a precursor to the coming holiday weekend. Time to practice and get this week’s recipes down right. It will be rough on you, I know. But, someone has to be the given this duty, right?

Nothing puts you in the relaxing state of mind better than a great tequila beverage. Here’s one I found that will make a perfect Drink of the Day today and a one to enjoy during this coming three days off. Have fun!

Maraca

2 oz. Tequila Blanco

1/4 oz. Grenadine

Juice of half Lemon

1 oz. Pineapple Juice
