Drink of the Day: Peagreen Cocktail
Since it is the first part of the week, one day after the long weekend, I felt it was the right time to introduce a drink that’s easy to make and soothing enough to have for a nice relaxing evening at home. This cocktail gets its name due to it’s color and its minty flavor is perfect for an after-dinner quaff that can be helpful for you for digestive purposes. It’s creamy texture will surely finish the job of filling you up and the flavor will assist in getting rid of the over excessive garlic or pepper spices you enjoyed while breaking bread with family and friends.
Hope you all enjoyed the holiday weekend. Now it’s back to the grindstone. Hopefully, this cocktail will help you finish off your Monday. Cheers.
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Light Cream
Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients to measure. Cap off and shake to blend the ingredients. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
