Drink of the Day: All Plucked Up
Hope everyone is doing well this morning after watching an exciting Super Bowl finish last night. Could have went either way. That’s the way these games should be. An extra cup of coffee will be needed for me this Monday morning.
Here’s a nice and fruity tiki-style cocktail for you. A nice rum combination that will have you thinking warmer weather and sandy beaches. I may not be able to give you either of these, but I can give you a beverage that will fit that scenario. You may just have to close your eyes while enjoying this tropical treat.
Hope everyone has a great work-week. Cheers!
All Plucked Up
1 oz. Anejo Rum
1 oz. Coconut Rum
Splash of Grenadine
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
Method: Add all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake to blend the ingredients. Strain into a tulip glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange half-wheel.
