Drink of the Day: Tequila Mockingbird

Hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday. One of those where you can crawl into a good novel with no outside interference. One novel comes to mind if I had some time. This cocktail will give you a clue as to which one I’m talking about.

This is a very minty and refreshing tequila beverage that will assist in putting you in the right state of mind for that lengthy read. Enjoy your day of tranquility. Cheers!

 

Tequila Mockingbird

2 oz. Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz. Green Creme de Menthe

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

 

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the ingredients in to measure. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
