Happy Saturday to you! Hope your weekend is getting started on the right foot. Just to help it along for you, here’s a cocktail that is probably one of the easiest to make and is light on the liquor content. You will understand where it gets it’s namesake once you try it.

This is about as simple as it comes. A great compliment after a hearty meal, this will be sure to give you your chocolate fix.

After the difficulty level of yesterday’s cocktail, I wanted to give you something basic. You really don’t need to go all out to get a great finished cocktail. This is a true example of that. Enjoy and cheers!

1 1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao

Cream

Orange Juice

Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by first pouring in the Creme de Cacao to measure. Add equal parts of orange juice and cream to top it off. Stir and serve.
