Drink of the Day: West Coast Champagne

December 24, 2014 | By | Add a Comment

What is the holiday season if you don’t have a good Champagne Cocktail to enjoy? Here is something you can share with friends and family during you special occasion feast.

This is something I came up with for an expo that was supposed to take place last year but never got off the ground. The one good thing that came out of it are several nice cocktails. This particular one seems to fit this time of year perfectly. A nice orange and raspberry compliment to the bubbly.

I will be spending time with family tomorrow, so I will be taking a day off from the Drink of the Day. Enjoy your Christmas and be safe. Hope you get everything you ask for. Also, remember why we celebrate this time of year. Take time to enjoy and accept your fellow man, no matter what their beliefs are. Sure would be a vanilla world if we all had the same beliefs and the same tastes. Appreciate the differences we all have and take them in. We can all learn a little something from one another.

Cheers!
