Drink of the Day: Wild Dog
After all the festivities this past week, and now worrying about the next get togethers coming up in a few days, I bet you wouldn’t mind learning something simple. Here’s a cocktail that will not take too much time putting together, yet will give you everything you’re looking for in regards to complexity and flavor.
The combination of the pineapple with dark rum and Southern Comfort will be refreshing and will be sure to keep your taste buds busy. If you are into the tiki-style cocktails, this is right up your alley. Who says it has to be 80 degrees outside to enjoy a tropical cocktail? Just be sure to be careful when drinking these. They go down rather smooth and there is quite a bit of alcohol in this. As you will soon find out, the combination of flavors does a great job in masking this fact.
After the holiday celebrations, it doesn’t even feel like a Saturday today. Hope you enjoy your last weekend of 2014. Cheers!

3/4 oz. Southern Comfort
