The Drink of the Day is the Zabao!!
Happy Independence Day to all of you here in the States! It’s a day of spending time with the family, enjoying some barbeque, basking by the pool, or even getting eighteen holes in with friends. Fridays are usually nice. But, to have them off and have an extra day for the weekend makes it extra special.
Here’s a rum cocktail you can enjoy to get the holiday season kicked off the right way. Be extra responsible and safe this holiday weekend. Cheers!
1 1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
Method: In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients to measure. Cap and shake to blend the ingredients. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
