Drink of the Day: Aqua Cocktail
With it being mid-week, I wanted to share a very unique combination.
The color of this gives it it’s name. The cream liqueur and lemon-lime soda pairing will have you question this. However, the flavor is nice and the creamy base gives it a nice comforting feel. A perfect dessert cocktail to finish off a hearty meal with. This will surely get you in the mood to call it a day and get into something a little more comfortable. Add in the color of blue Curacao, and you have not only a pleasant palate pleaser, but something enjoyable to the eye as well.
This week is already flying by quickly. Before you know it, we will be headed into the weekend. Don’t let the week pass you by. Enjoy the moment and take it all in. This cocktail will assist in slowing it down a little, and appreciate each second one sip at a time.

3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
Lemon-Lime Soda
Method: Build this in a highball glass with ice, by pouring in the first three ingredients to measure. Top off with lemon-lime soda.
