Drink of the Day: Irish Cactus
A happy Monday and, even better, happy St. Patrick’s Day eve!
I can’t believe how quickly this came about this year. The only down side to it this year is that we are seeing the day hit at the beginning of the week, meaning that all you responsible folk are probably going to have to take it easy on the festivities this year - and who’s to blame you.
Talk about easy, I am throwing out an easy cocktail today. This one combines the soothing characteristics of Irish cream with tequila to give you a great drink that is very easy to make. Another after-dinner treat!
I am biting at the bit to introduce tomorrow’s drinks to you. Yes, there will be two cocktails in tomorrow’s lineup! And if you are just joining in this past year in following, I have a special video I did with a friend of mine I will be sharing as well that’s a little different than the typical Drink of the Day video you have gotten used to.
Enjoy today, my friends, and enjoy today’s cocktail. Cheers!
Irish Cactus
2 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Tequila Blanco
Method: Build this in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by pouring the ingredients in to measure. Stir and serve.
