Drink of the Day: Neon Cocktail

Since this is the day before Easter, and I can’t seem to get the thought of colorful Easter Eggs out of my head, I felt today would be a great day to introduce to you a colorful drink that will not only wow your friends with its stunning beauty, it will give your tastebuds a field day with its citrus and fruit notes.

The blue hue of this cocktail will be enough to entice you to try it and the first sip will seal the deal. I couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy Easter Eve than to give you something that you can look forward to after hiding all of the eggs for tomorrow’s Scavenger Hunt.

Neon Cocktail

1 3/4 oz. Citrus Infused Vodka

1 oz. Blue Curacao

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Splash of Pineapple Juice

 

Method: Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Cap and shake well. Strain into a nicely chilled cocktail glass. Take a twist of lemon and rub it gently on the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.
