A good Monday morning to one and all! Nothing like a fine summer morning, with the birds singing their joyful tune and a brisk breeze touching your face as you go out to feel the outdoors for the first time today. This is going to be a great day!
Let’s start the week right by introducing a seasonal gin refresher that can be a nice reward for finishing the work day. Who says you have to wait until Friday to treat yourself to a relaxer that will have you in the right frame of mind in no time. Citrus and ginger work hand-in-hand in giving you a tasty beverage that goes well as a final course to a hearty meal. It’s time to kick off the shoes and put your feet up. You have accomplished everything you wanted to do today. Now, let’s get in a little “ME” time!

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
Method: In a mixing glass with ice, combine all the ingredients except the ginger ale. Cap with a tin and shake to blend. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with ginger ale.
