Drink of the Day: Pineapple Upside Down Cocktail
If you are into sweet, and like the classic Pineapple Upside Down Cake dessert, this is right up your alley. No need for a fork for this tasty after-dinner treat!
Sorry for the delay with the Drink of the Day the last couple weeks. The computer age is great! That is, when these darn things are working. Had a little bit of computer trouble. Yes, I am running on the last generation computer. But, until I find a pot of gold or something, this is the way it is. Hopefully soon, I will invest in a new piece of equipment. I will have to do with what I have for now.
I have changed up the original recipe. I thought that it was way too sweet and too weak for my liking. So, I added some vodka to give it a jolt and to tone down the sweetness somewhat. I hope you like it.
Unless this thing breaks down on me again, expect daily blogs from me on cocktails.
Also, I have another addition to the site I will share with you later today that I would love to have some input on.
Enjoy your Tuesday and, just in case, have a great rest of your week.
Cheers!

Method: Build in an old fashioned glass filled with ice by pouring in the first two ingredients to measure. Top with pineapple juice, leaving a little room for a splash of grenadine. Stir and serve.
