Drink of the Day: Raspberry Screamer
Since it’s Sunday, I want to share with you a nice dessert-style cocktail that will be perfect after a nice and hearty brunch. Not in the mood for the Mimosa drink, or any other champagne-style cocktail for that matter? This may be what you’re looking for.
The main flavor of this is why it is named what it is. However, we need to give some props to the pineapple and orange juices, that even out the flavor of this vodka beverage quite nicely. Better yet, this is a very easy drink to put together.
So you can get back to relaxing, I am going to make this short. Enjoy your day with family and friends. Cheers!
Raspberry Screamer
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
Orange Juice
Pineapple Juice
Method: Build in a highball glass with ice by first pouring in the first two ingredients to measure. Top off with equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice. Stir well. Garnish with a quarter-wheel of orange on the rim of the glass.
