Drink of the Day: Schoolhouse Cocktail

May 16, 2015 | By | Add a Comment

If you are into the summer shandys, this is right up your alley. A very simple to prepare beer cocktail for those who want a little more in their beer.

In this recipe, I use an American Pilsner-style beer. However, use what you want to fit the taste you are looking for. I will say that the flavor notes of the finished cocktail will change dramatically with the decision. Sounds like a good problem to have.

Enjoy your weekend. Cheers!
