Drink of the Day: The Co Pilot Cocktail
Greetings to another beautiful day, everyone! Hope all is going well.
Here is a cocktail I came up with to find other uses of the revived liqueur, Creme de Violette. It is such a fantastic addition to any bar, I was surprised this went away for awhile. It really brings another dimension to a cocktail due to its aroma, that I wanted to see how it would do with something other than the well known, Aviation Cocktail that uses gin as its base ingredient.
I have come up with a very soothing sipper that will work well as an aperitif. Adding a little vanilla with the maraschino liqueur and Creme de Violette, I was able to get a combination that not only gives your nose a euphoric lift; it also enhances your taste buds with every sip.
Hope you enjoy your beverage for the day. Have a fantastic day!
