What do you get when you combine vodka and peach schnapps with the color of blue curacao and some tropical fruit flavors? The perfect storm of flavor and hue. What better way to spark up a conversation than to introduce this cocktail full of character at your next gathering?

El Nino Cocktail
3/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
Soda Water
Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the measured ingredients of everything, holding out the soda. Cap the glass with a tin, then shake well. Strain it into a hurricane glass filled with ice, leaving 2 inches of room at the top of the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge by placing it on the rim of the glass.
