The Golden Cadillac is February 6th Drink of the Day!!

There are many forgotten alcoholic ingredients behind bars, one being the main act in today’s Drink of the Day. Galliano is an Italian herbal liqueur, with a sweet back-end flavor, which will entice and awaken all the taste buds. Introduce it to some ingredients that will introduce chocolate and cream to the mix, and you have yourself a fulfilling beverage that fits perfectly for an after-dinner dessert. Who needs a pie safe when you can get all you want in a nicely chilled cocktail glass?

Golden Cadillac Cocktail

1 oz. Galliano

3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao

1 oz. Cream

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients to measure. Cap off with a tin and shake well, making sure it’s nice and cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with ice.
