Here’s a great combination quencher, combining the earthy notes of bourbon whiskey and rum and rounding them out nicely with some citrus. A nice beverage during the day while getting the yard ready for this coming spring season.

When I first tried this, I was pleasantly surprised on how light and refreshing this was. A perfect Drink of the Day for those dreaming of warmer weather that will soon be here for us. At least one would hope! I know you will enjoy. Cheers!

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the first three ingredients to measure. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon, discarding the remnants after doing so. Cap and shake well.
