The Irish Car Bomb is March 12th Drink of the Day!!
This shooter will get you in the Irish frame of mind in a hurry! Make sure to leave your car at home if you plan on partying with these on your dance card. Maybe limiting yourself to only a couple of these would be a smart move. Yet, after getting the taste of one, you may be tempted to have more.
This is our third Irish cocktail of the week. Only two more to go before we hit St. Patrick’s Day weekend!
What makes this shooter so dangerous is its size and the liquor you drink down at one time. You will feel it just after one. So, maybe wait for a long while before doing a second one. You are dropping a shot glass with equal parts of Irish whiskey and Irish Cream into a half glass of stout. Now, that’s what I call a rush! Enjoy, but play responsibly. Bottoms up!
Irish Car Bomb
3/4 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
Half a pint of Irish Stout
Method: Pour stout beer into a pint glass by filling only half way. Take a shot glass and proceed to pour equal parts of irish whiskey and irish cream into it. Take this shot glass and drop it into the half glass of stout, then proceed to guzzle it down. Just be careful not to chip your tooth on the shot glass!
