2 oz Soda Water

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

Ginger Ale

Twist of Lemon

Method: In a highball glass, you build this drink by first pouring in the measured amounts of soda water and simple syrup. Stir together using a stir stick or spoon. Add ice to the glass.
