The Raspberry Romance is April 11th Drink of the Day!!

Cream drinks are the way to go when you want to wind down and just kick back. Can’t think of a better beverage to get yourself in the end-of-night mode than something like this. Adding soda to it just gives it a little more of a fizz when taking a sip. Better get the pajamas on prior to making yourself one of these liquid tranquilizers. A perfect one-two punch for the end of the evening.

Three of my favorite cordials are involved in this beverage. Either one is great standing on its own. However, all of them together will take you to euphoric heights. You may want to position yourself as comfortable as possible before sipping on this one. Pleasant dreams!

Raspberry Romance

1 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)

1 1/2 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey’s)

3/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord)

Soda Water

 

Method: Build this in a brandy snifter filled half way with ice by adding the first three ingredients to measure. Top off, about 1/2 inch from the rim of the glass with soda water. Stir well and serve.
