The Rum Swizzle is March 22nd Drink of the Day!!
The fun part about this cocktail is that it is prepared reverse on how most cocktails are made. Plus, it is a great refresher for the coming months of warmer weather, (one can only hope!).
The base ingredient is dark rum and is seasoned with a couple dashes of aromatic bitters. They are also the last two items added to this fun and tasty drink. A perfect cocktail to get your Saturday started on a good note; hence the reason I chose this as the Drink of the Day.
We are getting into the last part of March and we will see much warmer and sunnier weather ahead. Let’s get the party started, shall we!
