The Scooby Snack is February 15th Drink of the Day!!

Just the name itself tempts one to try this cocktail. A cream drink low in alcohol content, yet high in flavor, this unique cocktail will have you doing things to acquire its flavor. No wonder they call this one the Scooby Snack. Now, if it wasn’t for those meddling kids, we may be able to enjoy one a little sooner.

Nothing like the combination of coconut, pineapple, and melon to go along with the creamy texture. Scooby and Shaggy would be proud!

 

Scooby Snack

1 oz. Coconut Rum

1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur

3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice

3/4 oz. Cream

 

Method: In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the measured amount of all ingredients. Cap off with a tin and shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice. If needed, top off the glass with equal parts of more pineapple juice and cream.
