Here’s a cocktail for you that is perfect for those who want to be part of the party, yet want to keep the alcohol drinking to a minimum. If you have ever had a Woohoo, this will be a drink that will be familiar in flavor. A perfect sipper when you want to mingle and last a long time at a gathering of friends. Plus, this is a delicious beverage that you can enjoy anytime.

The combination of the liquor, in addition to the cream and soda, gives you a unique beverage that is surprisingly refreshing. The soda with the cream may scare you at first. But, once you have a taste of it, you will be sold.smith and kerns

 

Smith and Kearns

1 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)

1 oz. Cream

Soda Water

 

Method: In a highball glass filled with ice, build this by adding the measured amounts of the first two ingredients. Top off with soda water. Stir and serve.
