The Sunshine Cocktail is April 2nd Drink of the Day!!
Today’s cocktail is one that resembles a Manhattan. But, instead of bourbon, the base ingredient is gin. For all you gin lovers out there, this is a perfect after-dinner sipper to enjoy to put an end to a long day.
This drink is very easy to make. Only three ingredients gives you a nice and rounded beverage. With us now in April, we are seeing the weather finally changing for the better. This one you may want to enjoy out on the patio on a nice star-filled evening.
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Method: In a mixing glass with some ice, pour in the ingredients to measure. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop in a maraschino cherry to garnish.
