The Bourbon Rose is February 16th Drink of the Day!!

Who says you have to drink your whiskey neat or just on the rocks? This cocktail uses America’s own as the main ingredient to give you a very tasty beverage, using the flavor of bourbon to its advantage. If you’re a whiskey lover and want to take it a little light, give this one a try.

Bourbon Rose

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

3/4 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec

Orange Juice

1/2 oz. Grenadine

Method: Start with a highball glass with ice. Add the bourbon and Cointreau to measure, then fill with orange juice to about 1/2″ from the rim. Float the grenadine on top. Stir well then serve.
