Pools everywhere in the Mid-West will be opening up in a couple weeks, so it is vital to get prepared by having a nice list of cocktails to enjoy while basking away in the sun. Here’s another summertime hit that will not dissatisfy.

The Caribbean Cocktail is for those who enjoy a fruit cocktail, but also like to have the alcohol edge. Unlike most fruity drinks, this one is not shy to represent itself as an alcoholic beverage. So, if you like fruit, but still like to taste what’s in it, then this is the perfect drink for you. This is another one of those two-in-one cocktails, so be sure to not over endulge.

1 oz. Coconut Rum
