The Caribbean Sunset is April 14th Drink of the Day!!

April 14, 2013 | By | 1 Comment

I came up with this drink a few years ago due to having to come up with something on the fly for a last-minute party. Simple to make and something you can convert easily to a rum punch. Plus, if you just put everything but the rum into the bowl, you have yourself a nice non-alcohol mix that even the kids can enjoy. Just make sure to keep the rum away from the table altogether if you are planning on doing this.

Rum is a great summertime liquor that goes well with all natural juices and most carbonated beverages. This is a sure must for the home bar, especially in the heat of the season for your poolside parties. Hope you enjoy!
