The Matador is February 12th Drink of the Day!!

I like finding a drink that goes against all rules of reason. This one seemed to hit the target and deserves its place as one of the Drinks of the Day. Many people think of Margaritas or Tequila Sunrises when it comes to making a cocktail out of this liquor. However, with tequila’s unique flavor there are many other mixes that would complement it. You just have to try new things to see what trips your trigger. I’m going to give you a headstart. Amazing how quench-gratifying this blend of ingredients are. You will probably do what I did the first time I had one of these; you will take a couple steps back and take another sip to make sure you like it. I’ll admit, it took me about half a drink for my tastebuds to except this mixture. Now that I’ve gotten approval from my senses, I think I’m going to stick with this cocktail, when I’m drinking the tequila.
