Here’s another cream drink that will work well as an after-dinner drink for your party guests. The chocolate, mint, and coffee combination goes well together and will begin the wind down process after a great meal. You just need to keep in mind that you are drinking a two in one cocktail, meaning that there’s enough liquor in it to count as two drinks.

I made this for a couple asking me for something unique after having a couple fine steaks at the restaurant located next door to my lounge a few months back. They were staying at the hotel, and wanted something that would put them to sleep. Well, after drinking this on top of their meal I don’t think they had a problem doing just that. And they did it with a smile on their faces.

Mocha Mint Martini

3/4 oz. Vodka

3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)

1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe

1/2 oz. Irish Cream

1/2 oz. Light Cream

Method: Pour everything into a mixing glass with ice. Shake a few times to blend the cream with the other ingredients. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add three coffee beans into the drink for garnish.
