If you like gin, you will surely find this drink will satisfy every taste bud. The Orange Blossom dates back to the 1930s and is found in “The Old Waldorf - Astoria Bar Book” published in 1935. It was invented, the author adds, by someone who wanted something a little different for their wedding reception or stag party. Trying this myself, I was amazed how smooth it went down, especially with the amount of sweet vermouth that went into it.

Orange Blossom
3/4 oz. Gin (London Dry)
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Orange Juice

Method: Put all ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
