The Pancake Breakfast is June 10th Drink of the Day!!

This is a great shooter, with a wash to take it to new heights. And don’t worry, you don’t have to turn on the stove and cook up a stack of hotcakes when putting this together. In fact, this is such an easy drink to make that I feel I need to warn you not to do too many of these in succession. I was quite surprised on easy this drink went down and how fulfilled I was when drinking it.

Here’s a good way to start off the week right. Who says you can’t get breakfast from the bottle?

 

Pancake Breakfast

1 oz. Irish Whiskey

1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice

 

Method: In a port glass, pour in the measured amounts of Irish whiskey and butterscotch schnapps. In a separate glass, pour in the measured amount of orange juice. To drink, shoot down the liquor, followed by the orange juice.
