The Pancake Breakfast Shooter is January 6th Drink of the Day!!
Here’s another interesting shot that I was introduced to just recently. There are mixologists out there that are getting very creative when it comes to shooters. I kind of hesitated making this the drink of the day today because I gave you a shot recipe yesterday. But, this one was so easy to make and intreaging, I couldn’t resist.
Pancake Breakfast
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
Method: Pour the irish whiskey and butterscotch schnapps in a shot glass and set it to the side. Take the orange juice and pour it into another glass. When doing this shot, drink the shot with the liquor first, then wash it down with the orange juice.

One of my favorite shots - great post.
Had a stranger buy my wife and I a breakfast shooter at the Marietta Brewery. We were on our way back to Michigan from a month at Hilton Head and stopped for the night in Marietta, Ohio. Found the brewery listed in the motel book of local watering holes. What a great venue. Several of their craft brews on the board. Friendly people and great service. Now I have to buy some Jameson’s and butterscotch schnapps so we can make our own breakfast shooters at home.
Thanks for the story and thank you for following the page! Really appreciate you keeping me updated. Hope you and yours a fun and safe St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Cheers!
