I was putting together my Drink of the Day for today and noticed it’s Pee Wee Reese’s birthday. For some reason, every time I hear his name it makes me think of my favorite chocolate snack, the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Of course, this has nothing to do with this baseball great, but it gave me an excuse to introduce a great frozen drink for the summer time. Plus, the peanut butter makes a great flavor to introduce to the liquor and ice cream. Hope you enjoy!

The Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. Cream
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Heaping Tbsp. Peanut Butter
2 - 3 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup

Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait or tulip glass. For a garnish, if interested, make an angled cut on a Reese’s cup and place it on the rim of the glass for looks.
